hi - does anyone know if this is something i need to treat? it looks like its a piece of flesh hanging off but not sure.

Beautiful fish! With the way it is hanging off and "wiggling" it could have just rubbed against a rock. I'm not even an amateur, let alone an expert, but I dont believe that's lympho.
