ID Please... I'm new to saltwater...

There are multiples of this pink thing popping up on one of the rocks. Any idea what it is? Is it good? Is it bad?

I assume it's soft. Looks like an algae. Have you gotten anybout and felt it?

+1 ... I'm thinking algae here. Probably OK, unless it's one of those things that really wants to try to take over the world . . . Martian Red Weed or something... (>__<) When you say "one one of the rocks", I assume it doesn't move around - correct?

If it's algae look very interesting maybe your snails will take care of it.

Yup! Agree that it's algae.

Okay... I touched it and it feels soft. It doesn't move. And so far no snails are trying to eat it. Thanks for the help!
