Agree with stomatella snail which are great cleanup crew. Last picture is an Amphipod. Good food source for your fish.

These are both great for your tank. No need to worry about removal.

The amphipods are feeding on my zoas and now they’re all dead.

Not sure they are the cause. They do feed on detritus or dead organic material. How long have you had the zoas? What tank parameters do you have (temp, alk, salinity, calcium, lighting). Maybe share some pictures as well that could help
