Based on where your anemone is located and the color I would be inclined to think it might be some type of rock/flower anemone from the Atlantic/Caribbean, look like it's nonphotosynthetic. If it is a rock/flower anemone chances are that it will eat fish including clowns.

The soft coral could be a Nephthea or Cladiella.

Sorry not much help, but it's a start.

It's either a rock anemone or a green bubble tip. Bubble tips don't have to "bubble". My RBTA only does when it's agitated or has high light. How big is it and how long are the tentacles?

I have 3 Other bubble tips green those 3 act the same this neon one acts totally different .. Hahah

Tenticles are only about half inch long and when flatten it's about 4-5 inches wide

The coral looks like a Kenya tree to me. If that's what it is, watch out.... they can drop "branches" off the main coral and that baby will float around until it attaches and start growing and detaching pieces and then again and again.
