Can anyone tell me what this is on my front glass? And if it's a pest or ok for the reef and inhabitants? It's pretty small, no larger than a millimeter.

Hum, how do I get rid of them?
Don't bother to get rid of them. Their population will stabilize and might even disappear altogether. I used to see them constantly with my microscope and I haven't seen one in months. They are harmless to fish and coral. They do eat pods but they didn't ever put a dent in my population so the danger of them decimating your pod population is slim. Plus, whatever you want that eats pods, will likely eat them too.

I wouldn't use flatworm exit on something like that, if the population explodes they can cover corals and become a nuisance but not worth risking flatworm exit.

Siphon it up and watch for eggs
