Id please. Some kind of pod??

Found these while staring at my tank. Good or bad?? There seems to be thousands of them of all sizes.

I'm seeing Munnid Isopods and Medusae Hydroids.

Isopods are good and hydroids will most like just disappear in a little time.

I see atleast one hydroid (not an issue usually self limiting) and to my eyes isopods which if I remember correctly are no good. Wait for clarification
