Id please. White fuzzy stalks?

Can anyone id these. About 1/2 inch to 1 inch fuzzy white stalks. Don't retract, only move in the flow?

Pretty sure not tube worms. They are stalks. Do not re-track or move on their own, only sway in the flow. Thinking (Hoping) sponge or filter feeder.
