ID please..white stuff on rocks

Not exactly sure what this white stuff is on my live rock. I have a pearly headed jawfish who is breathing really heavy under his rock. I'm trying to find anything that could cause this. I also have white all over the sides and back of my glass in the tank.

Looks like micro tube worms. Great for the tank.
 
Looks like spiral tube worms. Totally harmless and you can scrap them off your glass if you want. Post your tank parameters.
 
Vermetid snails. They're a snail that create a spiral calcium tube, that they live in. They put out nets, at night usually, to catch "stuff" from the water column.
 
Sorry, here is the upgrade on my parameters.

Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 20 ppm
SG/Salinity: 1.023
Temp: 78.9
Alk/dkH: 8.6

My Jawfish is still acting funny and never comes out from under the rock like he used to.
