ID please, worm or snail?

Roughly 3-4 mm. Has grown 1mm in a month. I noticed on another rock, there is maybe a 2 millimeters long one.

Harmful?

I have another thing 2, it's a mini anemone, I have 10 to 15 of these in my tank. Harmful or helpful.?

Agree with above. The vermetid snail you can just scrape off the rock or put some glue on it to get rid of it. The ball anemone usually doesn't cause any harm as they tend to hide on the undersides of rocks.

I appreciate you guys helping me identify these things. I have two new things off the day. One I think is a bristle worm? Safe with zoas? And the other I have no idea

Looks like a bristle worm and sponge, good members. Bristleworms won't harm zoas.
