This popped up in the middle of GSP. Barely see it during the day when all the polyps are out. I took a picture the best I could. First time light hit it, it retracted extremely fast.

Tube worm. Common hitchhiker on GSP. Harmless filter feeder. Very similar to GSP, really.

Right now it is about the size of a pea. How big do they get?

Looks to me like cloves or even pipe organ coral.
