With it being on your zoas and it looks like its colors match those zoas I’d guess it’s probably a zoanthid eating nudibranch. If it were me I’d definitely remove it and look for eggs on your zoas.

Looks like a pest that will cause you issues. Better to remove, dip (for others you can’t see) and inspect carefully for eggs.
