I have these things as well and they do not seem to be harming anything. They might be idoteid isopods, but my guess is as good as yours.My tank is stocked with all kinds of pods but this guy looks different. Any idea? Almost looks like a tiny mantis shrimp to me.

Munnid isopod?
Yeah, an isopod of some kind would be my first guess (an amphipod of some kind would be my second guess) - I'm not sure what kind though (I've done a couple of deep-dives into reading up on isopods and amphipods, but I haven't read up enough to remember most of the taxonomy/what each kind looks like yet).
Regardless, it's most likely harmless/beneficial.
