ID Please

Hey guys. Was wondering of anyone could ID this little guy? Almost looks like a small bubble tip anemone but he pulls into wherever he's coming out of pretty quick like a feather duster when you touch him. Got a blue color too him. Hope the photos are good enough

Ya that looks like it I'd say. Funny the article says they're not regularly harvested from TBS but that's where it came from lol. Luck of the Irish I guess
