I believe it's a red fairy wrass I got it at petco for 19.99 yesterday alond with a neon goby. It's tag said mystery wrass this morning I observed it and seen it may have a spot of ick on it . I'm familier with fresh water ickh do I approach it the same way?

Thank god I quarantined him I believe he was a flame wrass however I seen a tang in with him had a spot of ick and I never like buying from petco all filters are connected and he died I am going to bring him. Ack even though it says no returns it was a sick fish.
