Living on bottom of multiple 2.5" ceramic disc I keep on my sand bed, they move decently fast. Goniopora and alveopora on top of the disc seem fine.

Maybe chiton?

They look like flatworms, i think. Any chance of getting them under a white light? Might make it easier to id :)
 
Baby limpets. Look a lot like a few that I’ve been seeing in my tank recently.
 
Not sure if these pics are any better. Either a skill issue or cell phone camera limitation. :)
