Possible a nudibranch/sea slug. Looks kind of like a Pacific Sea Lemon

At first I thought it looked like a baby "Grey Alien"! Did an image search and Polar Bears came up. So yeah, no idea!

Definitely a nudibranch; in this case, it's most likely a Dermatobranchus species - they're octocoral eaters (soft corals, GSPc gorgonians, etc.), so not a keeper.
