I know the picture isn't great. But it is like a fluorescent green. It's quite beautiful

It's really hard to say by what is shown. Potentially any Acro can be neon green, so color is a poor reference.

I don't think it is Acropora caroliniana because the tips are not pointed in the same way. Plus there are large radial corallites all over yours. A. caroliniana radial corallites are small.
