Looks like ACETABULARIA SP. I couldn't find a decent pic I could post but just google it there's loads. If you don't like it prune it and sell it. If I had the money I'd be all over it, I think it's awesome. Live-plants.com sells it for those interested.

Acetabularia says it has a single stalk with a disc at the top. These have mutiple disc going down the stalk. Most seem to have about 5 disc per stalk.

Looks kinda like lilly pads? I had a rock where it was growing out of and my tangs loved it. Some kinda macro algae
