Got a piece of LR a while back... It's hanging out in my fuge. What are these bright green "plants" growing from it? Should I get rid of or keep?

Ah thats right..some people hate it because it grows so dang fast..others like it because they like the look..i personally would pull it out cause I don't like macro in my display..

If that's what it is, I'll move that rock to my under tank sump/fuge on my other tank. This is my in tank fuge on my seahorse tank.

True... Hadn't thought of that. I like the look of it... I know some don't . Wouldn't mind growing it when I get my biocube for the ponies up and cycled. In the meantime it can just hang out in the fuge.

Thanks . I knew when I decided I was going to have a sw tank that I would have ponies. I studied and planned for a year at least before I even got started. When my nephew offered a 75 gallon tank it was just meant to be. Compatibility is always on my mind and I'm setting up 55g for a reef so I can have those fish that I love but can't have with ponies.

I think I'm gonna go for it if I can ever sell my 100g and buy a cube..always loved them..pretty much all i remember is..low flow..only weak corals if any..pretty much no fish..and no dwarfs haha..If I ever get it going I'll start a thread and beg for your input lol

I will help all I can and there are several other pony peeps in here too. Study up on Seahorse.org... Lots of good info there. Low flow, careful with corals although in my 75 I will admit I have a couple of no nos but have been fine so far. I plan to set up a smaller tank just for my ponies in the near future and leave my 75 for a reef.
