saw this on a rock local store

Which thing in the photo are you referring?

there are 2 things on opposite sides of the rock with your seminar looking and kind of pale looking in color they sort of look like a very pale mushroom they may not be the same thing at all but one is on the far right and the other on the far left

They are mushrooms, i would think just hitch hiker ones, maybe lost color, due to bad lighting or something. I haven't seen any mushrooms really looking like those for sale anywhere.
