Is this a RBTA? Local reefer has it for sale and want to make sure that it what it is before I buy it. Thanks.

looks like an RBTA to me. There are a few varieties as far as the ultimate coloration. I have seen green centers with the red tentacles and I have seen a more purple. This one just looks like it needs some light and TLC.

I agree, lots of light and some time. He will look great.
