I've found somethings that resemble this but am not 100%

It's ok this rock and one is on my canister intake.

It's hard and air filled bright green and grows in bunches for the most part.

Sorry the picture stinks, I spent my camera money on my fish. Thanks!

Bubble Algae. It is not filled with air, it is filled with liquid and spores.

Should I pick them? I wasn't sure what was in them and didn't want to disturb it if it's toxic to my inhabitants.

Some people try and remove, some people don't. It is really up to you. It is not harmful to the inhabitants if the bubbles break.
