ID please

I just got home from work and I was looking at my tank and notices this flower thing on my cone snail (that's what I call them lol) does anyone know what this could be?

I used live sand and I used live rock but I completely dried the rock and cleaned it since it was used so the tank should be pest free.

Also when a touched it with a turkey baster from when I was cleaning the rock off it closed up then slowly came back out

Is there anyway it would of found it's way into my tank because I didn't buy one

Are you sure you never saw it on the snail before? They can hitch hike on just about anything though

I've never seen anything on any of the inverts ive gotten but that doesn't mean they weren't there and it's just growing lol
