the base of it has a darker green tint to it. Polyp... Haven't seen it really. It has grown quite a bit since I've received it about 3 months ago but hasn't colored up much at all. I have it up high with strong light and moderate flow. I'm starting to think maybe it's a deep water sps?
 
Hard to say, looks like it could be an Acropora Valdia.
 
Thanks, I think acropora Valdia is what it is. Not a very colorful piece at all [emoji53]
 
give it time, i bought one awhile back that was brown basically and now its has green base, purple sticks, and sky blue tips but it was brown for about half a yr until it really started coming around
 
Once acclimated and established if placed under intense lighting with mod flow you should see the growth of some nice blue tips. It's a fast grower as well.
