Hi, first post on the forums but here goes! we bought this coral yesterday at the local pet store, they said it was a "golfball coral" but Google isn't helping me with that name. Any help is greatly appreciated!

That's a Goniopora........maybe a Goniopora Stokesi.
That looks like a star polyp to me. My goniopora and my alveopora look nothing like that and ib have had them for 7 years. Never have the fingers stretch that far. Now my green star polyp looks like that
But each specimen is differant mine just mught not extend like that. Very very nice piece tho. Love the color. [emoji1]
