Either a sinularia or a lemnalia....the difference being the presence of sclerites in the stalks. Can u see hard needle like formations in the stalk?
 
I think the common name Kenya tree is used for both nepthea and capnella. But I don't think what she has is either....
 
He's green when I shut the lights off. I've been looking for awhile now and I haven't figured it out yet lol
 
If it truly broke off of the larger softy then it's a sinularia, perhaps it sprouted from something that was already on the rock that you never noticed but I would think it's sinularia if you're 100% sure that's where it came from.
 
Yes that's where it came from lol. Its only thing on that rock and that's been the only thing there for the last year and a half
