Yep. Sea hare on #3. They voraciously eat algae. If you don't have algae, you should rehome him. One of our LFS actually rent out sea hares to clean up a tank and then return them.

Thanks - he is doing a great job with my gha at the moment. I really like him - is there anything I could feed him instead of algae to keep him after his clean-up?

It's hard to say...different breeds prefer different things. You could try macro algae, nori, etc. they're vegetarian so any marine plants are good to try. That said, they are very hard to keep happy and alive for long and they poop a lot so I'm not sure I'd keep it long term. They're really neat critters, but not well-suited for long term success in a reef.
