I want to say Sinularia/Cabbage Coral/Leather. A hardy fast grower that is easily propagated. One of my favorite soft corals.

Do I just leave it in on the bottom? I have a 20 gallon it's in but I have a bunch of other corals and it blows around a lot.. anything I can do to secure it?

Typically they do well lower in the rock work. You can take a piece of rubble, some fishing line and tie it to the rock/rubble and it will attach. Mod lighting and flow.

Ok I'll do that. Was about to dab superglue on it and stick to a rock. That's why I've asked. Gluing other corals down and whatnot today.. thanks you

You can try it, problem is with these corals is that they slime and the glue often does not hold. Give it a try though. I would pat the bottom of the coral dry with a paper towel, and try to glue it to a piece of larger rubble that has been patted dry. Leave it out of the water until the glue sets.

I was thinking cabbage as well. I used the old gumband trick with mine because the glue wasn't working for me:)

Yes to Duncan. Concur that feeding is the best method for promoting growth. I use a mixture of meaty seafoods for mine. Mysis, brine.....Simply using a turkey baster for target feedings works very well. I feed mine every couple days, when I feed the fish I feed the Duncan and other large polyp stony corals.

10-4 got the brine shrimp working on getting a variety of things. Have reef chili I put in every couple days
