I have something growing in my palys. It almost looks like a ball sponge but it has these long sweepers that extend through the palys. It isn't irritating them I personally irritated the palys in the pic to get a good picture just making sure it's not a bad pest. Any ideas?

Yeah, I can't tell what it is but it doesn't look like aiptasia. It looks like some kind of coral with its messenterial filaments extended.
 
Looks like a sponge with extremely long spicules.
 
I have a lot of pinneaple sponges and that's what it kind of looks like but I've never seen one with sweepers like that.
 
It's not a pineapple sponge. It looks like a very tiny bleached scallop honestly haha or maybe a weird new sponge with sweepers.
Do you see any negative effects on the coral? If not I would leave it in there for diversity :)
