copepods are what they appear to be... little crustaceans that are most certainly are not pests and are very beneficial to fish and coral alike because they are a food source assuming they are pods.

They look almost like flat worms to me. Can you get a better picture?

Are they kind of gliding, or moving in a more jerky fashion? Flatworms glide, copepods kind of twitch.
