This coral is pretty. It has fluorescent orange polyps at the end tubes. I have no clue what it's name is.

What do you mean by a skeleton? It has a stony backing that the stony tube which the disk come out of. Disk does not get much bigger then the opening of the stony tube.
 
A skeleton like what I think you're describing. There's stony tubes that the orange polyps come out of?
Alright, I'm going to say it's a Turbinaria sp. My first thought was Cyphastrea but those "tubes" look smooth. The color is weird, though. What does it look like under white light?
