Look up glass anemone or aptasia. It looks like a really zoomed in one to me.

Yeah it is zoomed in. iPhone camera, I was thinking aptasia. But, the owner where I got my live rock said it was more than likely a corkscrew anemone. Because I've had the rock five months and it's the only one. If it was aptasia they would be everywhere by now. Looking up corkscrew anemones it does look like them.
