Euphyllia for sure... maybe a hammer?
Looks like a hammer to me based on a few tentacles that aren't circular at the tips.
As Ty said, definitely a Euphyllia. Frogspawn/Octospawn is definitely ruled out, so you're left with either Hammer or Torch. More photos might help, or you can search for those two and make a call. The differences are pretty obvious once you see both of them.
