Sorry for the low quality video it's from my I Phone. I need an ID on these critters I only ever see them at night on the sand bed and rock work, they go in and out of the rocks and crawl all around the sand bed. They are very small and hard to capture on video and pictures are next to impossible.

 
Take a look at Munnid Isopods, and see if that's what you've got here. Small, harmless cleaner-uppers and tasty fish snacks.

That seems to be exactly what they are thank you so much I was freaking out because there are thousands of them, and I have been so careful to quarantine and dip everything. I will check the invert and coral qt tonight to see if they are in there as well. Will a watchman goby eat these?
 
Thanks for the fast response, I guess my goby (Sandy) as my daughter has named him will be very happy once he gets out of qt.
