This came in on a rock with some zoa. It is flexible and has short tentacles. I am hoping it's a rock anemone and not some kind of pest.

Posts like this drive me crazy lol, I could never get lucky enough to get some cool coral as a hitchhiker
 
looks like a plate coral, Idk about flexible, but you got lucky that's the kind of hitchhiker we all want !

Same here - aiptasia, snails, worms, etc. but never a $30 plate coral!

one time I got a 3 inch blue links star as a hitchhiker, that was the only time I good a cool hitchhiker in 20 years !

Yep! I've never gotten the pest anemones or anything too bad. I have gotten some asterina stars which I picked off but I let the bristleworms and stomatella snails through. 1 time I missed a nudibranch and one day noticed a spiky green one in the tank. Never saw it again after a few days..
