I'm going with some sort of utter chaos variant as well. Some folks will try to pass off slight color variations like this as something totally different and also charge out the wazoo for them.

No, this isnt utter chaos. It looks more like a darth maul, But i also have my doubts on this one.

Yea looks like a darth maul, or variant that I tend to call "midnight maul" because it's much darker than a normal maul.
