Kinda hard to tell but looks like one Asterina star and a bunch of little snails (blanking on the species name, but they are reef safe stay very small 1-2mm)

Asterina starfish, common hitchhiker. Harmless, can become a nuisance if their numbers get out of control though. The other white dots are most likely spirorbid worms
