Bristle worm is my best guess based on coloration...

That’s what I was thinking but it’s hard to tell with the picture being so blurry.

it was bright orange with a brown or black line in it

If it has lots of "legs", it's likely a bristle worm.

Very rarely, it may be a fireworm...in which case, you want it out.

If it's rather small and slim, might possibly be a dorvilleid worm, as well.
