To start, the system is 3 months old started with dry rock. I did seed some coraline from one of the other systems i have running. I also used some cheato in the fuge. Im just yrying to stay as pest free as possible this time.
So id like to know if i need to remove this or what it is?

any ideas they dont retract when i touch them

I have these kind of hydroids in both my other tanks. Is the 1st pic just juvenile. They never got bigger than a 50cent piece in over 10 years. Could they be a problem?

I guess i could just epoxy over them

Does.any type of head come out of them? Do they excrete any strings? Or mucus nets?
