sorry hit the wrong button buy anyways in the last few weeks these have been showing up in my tank when the blue lights are on u can see them but when the whites are on you really can not
 
Sorry it's really hard to make out any details for ID with that image. If I had to guess it might be a ball sponge or remnants of a soft coral growing back.
 
thats what i was thinking was some kind of sponge started with 1 now theres like 10 its not a bad thing right thanks for the reply
 
Is it hard or soft? And does it stay the same or retract when you touch it? It almost looks like a little Pocillopora.

I just took it as they were ball sponges but this morning i saw one growing on a snail and the other ones are getting bigger had not felt one yet till today and yes the polyps do retract and it is hard and i do have one in the tank do they reproduce like that if so what to do they are evwrywhere.

Yep. Pocillopora damicornis 100%. They do reproduce readily in aquaria. Lots of people don't like them for this reason, but I don't mind it. You can remove them from the rocks if you'd like, their skeletons aren't terribly strong.

Wow thats crazy they are everywhere even growing on a snails shell thats alive thanks for the reply
