Looks to be spiriorbid worms. Filter feeders, harmless for the most part, but can multiply quickly. They generally self regulate their population based off how much food is available in the tank.What are these hard stuffs....??!!

You can scrape them off, or cut back on feeding. If there is an abundance of food available they'll keep multiplying.They multiplying rapidly on the back glass of the aquarium.... should i remove it as much as i can...??!!
