Came in on some live rock I got

Looks like a blue mushroom. Free soft coral!
It’s an actinodiscus fwiw

Does not appear to have a mouth (like the pics I've seen online) it is soft and kinda snotty feeling

Yeah it's a mushroom (sometimes they can cover their mouth). And its a Discosoma (Actinodiscus is a defunct genus now)
