bought some live fiji rock from a lfs after about 3 days in the tank this poped out, pretty big piece i did it

They are a great piece for beginners but be warned that when it really takes off it can drop multiple fragments a day. That’s when it goes from being a nice coral to “why did I ever allow this in my tank”

dang really, i mean once i see them growing i can pluck them out?
 
Yes, of course you can. Just bear in mind that some of the fragments can be quite small and may fall in gaps that are difficult to reach. It isn't a bad coral but rather one that could become annoying later. It certainly wont kill anything.
