can some tell me what this is and should be concerned. Looks feathery. Should I worry. How do I get rid of?

Looks like cluster dusters.
Or is it more “algae” like?
 
The photo is a little unclear. Are they tube worms? Are they feathery tops coming out of hard white tubes? How quickly did the lot grow? Can you take a pic in white light?

had to wait and purchased reeflink. Not the mushroom need I’d on tube with feathery things that pop in and out. Taking over tank

Definitely feather duster worms. Nothing to worry about. I'd leave them, but if you find them an eyesore, they're easy to manually remove.
 
Theyre #s depend on the amount of food available...
