I've had GHA before but this is not like it, it's a darker green and doesn't move in the current like GHA because it's a lot thicker and not as fine. Not Bryopsis either, I've had that in the tank also and this doen't look at all like it.
Nutrients are high and I'm working on getting them down. Last time a tested NO3 was at 50 ( for 2 months ) and the PO4 was .07 down from .25 back in September. I'm running Phosguard for the PO4 and I'm on the second week of dosing vinegar. I'm thinking of giving Flucanazole a try, although when I used it for the Bryopsis it didn't have much of an effect on this, maybe a bigger dose?
