ID Please?

So my margarita snail has been hanging out in the same corner of my tank the past couple of days, but today I noticed what appears to look like eggs, and some black things. What are these?

Usually snails lay on the glass is wiggly lines. It appears that these eggs are in a blob with part of it touching the glass. Is that correct? Or is my perception of it off? Unfortunately I don't have any ideas what they could be unless they're all stuck to the glass but I'm sure someone here does and now I'm curious myself.

Yup that’s correct. I posted on another thread and I actually found out it’s not a margarita but a Mexican Turbo snail, and yes they’re eggs but unfortunately already became food
