Bit hard to tell from the photo under blue/actinics but appears to be eagle eye zoas in 1st photo and a favia of some sort in 2nd photo. Do you have photos of these corals under daylight spectrum?


I do have some under the white lights but the corals seem to close up sometimes, depends on the time of day.

Should be the opposite, they should be opening up with the greatest polyp extension during the daylight spectrum hours. What lights are you running on your setup?

My Sunny D are closed up. I have a biocube 29gallon from Coralife. I have one 36 watt actinic blue straight pin, one 36 watt 10,000k daylight straight pin and one .75 watt lunar blue led bar
