I have this growing in sump of my aio. My front glass looks like diatoms but the back side of my glass has what looks like diatoms but a bunch of bubbles on it

Ok so first time I turned off my blues and used only whites. My tank looks horrible, only issue I had was my phosphate were high between 1-2
Jbj 40 aio
Hydra 26 and I use the ab+ setting
Params above was what I just tested yesterday. Only about 6 months in the saltwater game... I need some guidance

Chemi pure blue
Marine pure bio ball 10% water change weekly
