Moved some rocks around and found this “thing”. It’s incredibly hard. Probably been on the rock since I got it in January

Prob not they make a hard shell. Crush or glue opening shut. That will take care of it

Agree Vermedit snail. They don't really move, but can release a mucus web when feeding that can bother corals. as @sfin52 suggested, a dab of superglue on the end of the tube will starve it out
