Flatworm, looks like an acoel variety to me usually just unsightly as can reproduce in large numbers and hang on the glass.

My coral qt I have fishless. So no wrasses to control any pest. But your saying nothing to worry about with these? Or should I still dip coral?

The only group i know to eat lps are polyclads I think they are detrivores and feed off decaying particulate matter.

You could dip as a precaution, but they do not usually just live on corals, so will be unlikely to get all of them.
 
That guy looks like a amphiscolops flatworm.

Those are not bad per-say (corals are not on the menu) and usually self regulate their numbers based on food supply (pods).

To be sure take a gander at the link below, I think those guys are listed.
